BEGINNER CLASSES

The beginner classes will practice & race on the KTM Peewee Track 2. The beginner classes are intended for true beginners looking for a place to ride and an introduction to the world of motocross racing.  Every beginner will receive a participation prize (WE DON’T AWARD POINTS), and if they do enough races to qualify for year-end awards, they will receive a plaque with their name on it (JUST NAME - NO PLACE) and will be entered into the drawings if present at the annual banquet. If riders race on the Pro Track, they will not be eligible for any beginner classes. AMA card is required for beginner classes. You may not ride a Beginner class in addition to another class, the exception being the Hornets 7-11 in addition to 50cc classes:

  • Hornets 7-11 (60-85cc 2-stroke, 70-125cc 4-stroke)

  • Yellow Jackets 12-15 (60-105cc 2-stroke, 70-150cc 4-stroke)

RULES & ELIGIBILITY FOR SUPER SERIES

A rider must START (as defined in the AMA rulebook) in at least 8 of the 12 rounds PER CLASS of the Super Series to be eligible for year-end awards & drawings.

  • Must be present at the Annual Banquet to be eligible for drawings and prizes.

  • You may have your awards mailed for a $20 shipping & processing fee.

  • To be eligible for prizes and awards in the respective class, a rider must register in the same class at least eight times.

  • A rider’s best 8 races count towards the Awards Points.

  • Those who make less than 8 races will be MOVED out of the Award’s Points, bumping those who did race 8 into those positions.

    Rules for breaking ties:

The first tiebreaker method is head-to-head racing. If that does not break the tie, then the number of first-place finishes will determine the tiebreaker, followed by the number of second-place finishes, and so on. The final tiebreaker is the rider who did better during the most recent race in which the riders raced each other. Throw-outs can be used for breaking ties.
