About Us

In 1988, John Martin and his wife Greta bought 56 acres of the Spring Creek Motocross track from Perry Hendricks. John a former CanAm and ATK Factory racer and 1985 National Hare Scrambles Champion and Greta a former school teacher certainly had their work cut out for them! During this time, they were able to raise 3 kids, Alex, Jeremy, and Jennifer.

The beautiful, picturesque track spans almost 500 acres and has developed into one of the premier motocross facilities in the world. They have witnessed firsthand huge changes in the sport, the racers, bikes, and the facility.

We encourage you to check out unique sections of the track Spring Creek has become famous for. From the brutal sand whoops to the 300-foot uphill named “MT Martin” there is plenty of entertainment to be had as both a racer and a spectator. Be sure to check out the Pit Stop Concession area, where thirty-plus years of National Championship photos starting with Bob Hannah in 1983 – are on display, as well as thirty years of national posters & programs. It's a great walk through motocross racing and racer history. See you at the races!
